Role

As the Manager of HR & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the human resources and operational functions within our organization. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing various aspects of employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Human Resources: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee performance management, employee development, and career progression initiatives. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner. Monitor and manage employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
  2. Talent Management: Identify talent gaps and work with department heads to create succession plans and training programs. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement. Support the professional growth of employees through mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  3. Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-maintained and productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting key operational metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
  4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees. Develop and deliver internal communications related to HR policies, operational updates, and company-wide announcements. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR and operational matters.
  5. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure that the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and operations. Proactively address compliance issues and work to prevent potential risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 5+ years in human resources management and operations roles, with a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
