Project Executive

Role

As a Project Executive you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of a project within an organization. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure successful outcomes, while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Team Coordination: Assembling project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
3. Communication: Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to keep your manager informed of progress and challenges.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and relevant records.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in project management roles or internship is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• A passion for technology and a keen interest in learning and growing in the software development domain.

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies.
