We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Business Development Manager. This role offers the chance to contribute to our business growth, work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the world of business development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets and industry trends to support business development efforts.
  2. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and digital marketing.
  3. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the business development team to establish and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  4. Proposal Development: Support the creation of business proposals, presentations and other sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  5. Sales Coordination: Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales.
  7. Market Analysis: Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  8. Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions, embracing feedback to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s success.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • understanding of business concepts, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growing in the field of business development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • A strong network within the industry or the ability to build meaningful professional relationships quickly.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Having technical knowledge or proficiency with relevant tools and software.
