Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking and online research.
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, present our services and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and contract negotiations.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings, gather client feedback and use it for professional development.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Marketing.
- 1+ year of experience in the same field.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for business growth, technology and continuous learning.
