Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the formulation of business development strategies and participate in the execution of plans to achieve company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends and stay ahead of competitors.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with clients, aiming to secure mutually beneficial agreements while achieving company objectives.
- Sales Analytics: Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjustment of sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with overall company branding and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or related industry.
- Strong Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
- Proven track record in negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- A driven individual who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
